TGI Friday`s in Panama City

Food was great. Came to the table fast. Couple things i didnt like. The server made too many odd jokes and almost forced his suggestions down our throats. In doing so he forget important things like our drinks to start with and our silverware to end with.

decided to have a birthday dinner there n the waiters weren’t able to sing happy birthday because they only had one server present .. they don’t give you birthday cake or anything . I also asked for medium well done steak . Soon as I cut my steak it was all bloody . Waiter did not ask did we need refills . Terrible experience. Worst birthday dinner ever . No one was satisfied .

The service was ok maybe since we had a huge party. Every time our server came out he couldn't remember who ordered what and only stood on one side to hand the food... On a table for 10 which made it difficult to enjoy the food(which was good)since we kept passing the food down.

The food and service was great, they are taking Covid-19 very serious. I'd definitely recommend eating here

Tried to use rewards and was told I had to have a code. Employees could not tell me where to get code. When ordering I was told it would be handled at check ou . Poor service and meal wS not hot.

Came here during spring break the food was pretty good as well as the portions. This was my nieces first time eating here although she got the burger they still had a great time. The waitress was friendly and didn't rush us out although it was getting a little late...

The alcoholic drinks were amazing absolutely top-notch the food unfortunately was delivered very late cold hard to chew hard to swallow it was our first visit to TGIF and it might be my last visit

New to the area and have ate at Friday's twice, both times have been awesome. Excellent service and amazing food! The whiskey glaze is so good! Definitely a new family favorite place to eat!

Steak was really awesome! Mashed potatoes looked like, came from a box. Probably will be a while before going back.

There were 6 of us, we were greeted and seated within seconds of walking in. 3 bowls of chips and salsa so we could share with the person across the table and not all reaching across each other. Our server was Scott and he was exceptional. Our food was all delivered promptly and in order, our glasses did not go empty. If you go, ask for Scott and hopefully you will have the same experience.

Not the best service, took us ALMOST AN HOUR just to get a burger REMADE because I said no cheese, yet there was still cheese on it. In the end, the burger was pretty good.

Now open for dining in. Limited choices. Lunch is affordable. Vegetables were undercook and mongo beans was salty. Staff were friendly.

I simply really like the food! I ordered the salmon with the mango salsa and I received their Jack Daniels ribs. The food is flavorful I was cooked nicely and I enjoyed it! Plus the chicken tenders we're on point for the kids meal. Another plus for something you know a picky eater will eat!

So far, we have been waiting at least 45 minutes for our food and my wine glass has been empty for about 20 minutes...dinner ordered is a salad, sesame jack chicken strips and chicken fingers. At least half of the tables are empty. Glad I have a coupon. May change to a 1 star if we ever get our food

Vegan options now available. Their Beyond Burger option is the size of two patties from the grocery store pack!! Just make sure to tell them if you're vegan and they cook the Beyond Burger separate from the regular burger. So thankful to have an vegan option that's not just a salad or fries!

This is a great place for all sorts of dining situations. There is a little something for everyone here and often my friends come here just to eat appetizers and drinks.

Good deal. Food was on point. Jack Daniels chicken will get you drunk. I'm not telling Dis is the way I talk. A shark ate me.

Our server never returned to take our order or drinks, Caesar salad was dry & worst part they over charged us by over $30.00 & told us it would takes several days to be reimbursed back on our card!!! & Had to chr our card again!

This is a great TGIF! Nice atmosphere, well laid out restaurant, with a bar area and a booth area. The staff is very friendly, and the food is great! They also have an impressive s selection of cocktails in addition to wine and beer. I also appreciated the wide variety of menu items, including a lighter menu section.

Are waitress Tammy was very friendly, made us feel right at home. I was having a bad day but Tammy great service and the great freshness of our food turned my day to having all the bad to good.

I can honestly say that I have never had a "bad" time at a TGI Fridays. The food has always been fresh the drinks have always been cold in the service has always been good. That is something I cannot say about any of the other similar chain restaurants.

Ordered my steak well-done and this is how it came. The blood soaked all of my food and I had to argue with the manager to remove the charge. I also had to get up and find my server for cocktail sauce. Simply put, poor service and bad food.

I was really disappointed that they don't allow patrons to have their dog with them on the patio. As somebody who likes to take my dog places I often look for establishments with outside seating so that I can have my dog with me.

Best carry-out burgers

Always a great place to catch up with a friend you have not seen in a while! The bar area was just perfect for it, not too loud and we got just enough attention from the server. This time I went for some holiday Sangria and some appetizers. My favorite is always the wings and the cheese sticks. I am so glad I chose the mild because it had just enough heat for me.

That signathre whisky glaze sesame chicken is the best. I bought the glaze to take home! Yummers!!

So lovely to have the best steak, I wish we still had our TGI Fridays in Tallahassee.

Great experience the food was phenomenal and came out very quickly! The manager even came and checked on our table to make sure everything was good. I was very impressed by the professionalism and food at this establishment.

Was very uneasy about going out to eat but servers did wear 😷 masks

Food was wonderful, great customer service, and everything was correct. We will definitely be going back. They're also taking the precautions serious.

The staff was disinterested in service, body language showed this & twice 2 sets of employees were openly arguing...at different times...while one had cursed the other. Our server Mr. T, I would hope will find his bliss someday soon and not fill his space with a place he doesnt want to be. He is polite and unenthusiastic. All of the staffs faces showed they didn't want to be there. Our meals have a flare to remarkable which met our expectations. The service turned our tummies. I haven't seen depressed staff in this way since our own in a 0-10 football season 45 years ago. This TGI Friday's needs an evening managerial overhaul.

It is a great cafe for dating, leisure and even for evening-time relaxation.

Our server britney was supeb.

My fiance and I have been here twice. Both times, the service was impeccable and the food was outstanding. The waitstaff were all wearing masks and the restaurant was clean and attractive. I highly recommend this place.

Cheeseburger was good. Fries are okay. Service was nice, very polite.

Wonderful place, great deals. It can get crowded on a Saturday night, and the wait can be a tad long. However, they will give the table chips and salsa while you wait, if you ask!

Had to call 3 times to try to make a Togo order no one ever took my order its ridiculous

Great food! The best onion rings and great salad! Their shrimp was delicious too!

Great place and was quickly handled by a wonderful waiter named Nick. He was a little busy as it was quite late and he was one of few employees still there, but he was very positive and friendly. My girlfriend and I didn't order much, as I was only thirsty and she goes to Friday's for Macaroni and cheese. All in all a wonderful experiece other than if you want to try and show up late at night, look for the building, not the sign, as it appeared to be off or the lights inside it were dead.

I had a issue with a gift card processing so the Lady manager comped my whole order . Thank for good people and great hearts .
